Completing UC Irvine Extension's Specialized Studies in Screenwriting provides a supportive environment for you to work on your screenplay. For those interested in furthering their education following completion of the UC Irvine Extension program, we highly recommend the UCLA Professional Program in Screenwriting.

Program Requirements

This specialized studies is awarded upon successful completion of the 4 courses (12 units).

Entry into program starts in Fall Quarter. All course work must be completed within five years. Early registration advised due to limited enrollment.
