 The course content of this program reflects the most up-to-date information available in the procurement and contracting fields—whether commercial, governmental or international. You’ll develop a solid understanding of the business contracting process and its key elements of procurement and acquisition, including: contract formation, negotiation, financial analysis and risk management. In addition, you’ll explore new business areas such as outsourcing, international contracting, and developing strategic alliances.

Certificate Requirements
A certificate is awarded upon completion of five required courses and one elective course each with a grade of “C” or better. This program requires a minimum of 170 hours of instruction. Please see certificate
candidacy application and fee.
After you have completed all requirements, you may request
to receive your official certificate by completing the Request
for Certificate and returning it to our offices
as noted on the form. All requirements must be completed within five (5) years after the student enrolls in his/her first course.
