Supervisory Leadership

 

Overview

Specialized StudySupervisory leadership is one of the most significant factors in influencing an employee's success and satisfaction on the job. This Specialized Studies Program is designed to enhance your supervisory competencies and improve your capacity to effectively manage and lead others. You will also gain techniques for developing your staff to achieve maximum performance and organizational effectiveness.

Who Should Enroll

Managers and prospective managers who need to develop competencies, skills, abilities and/or accountability necessary to successfully fulfill their role as a leader.

Award Requirements

A specialized studies certificate is awarded upon completion of three required courses totaling 5.5 units (55 hours) and elective courses totaling a minimum of 4.5 units (45 hours) with a grade of "C" or better. All requirements must be completed within five (5) years after the student enrolls in his/her first course.
