To receive a certificate, you need to declare your candidacy before you complete the coursework. The Environmental and Occupational Safety and Health programs have unique certificate candidacy forms that you can find on each program's web page.

Note: In most cases it is not necessary to enroll in a Certificate Program in order to take individual classes.
