This program focuses on database administration, backup recovery, networking, and performance tuning. Included are theory and hands-on practice using the Oracle database engine, Oracle server, Oracle NET, Oracle Enterprise Manager, RAC, Grid Control, Data Guard and Streams.

Certificate Requirements
To receive the Certificate in Oracle Database Administration, you must complete at least 15 units of coursework with a grade of “C” or better in each course. Students may complete the certificate program by taking 15 units of coursework from the online track. Students must submit an Application for Candidacy form before completing their third course in the program. . Please see certificate
