A required course in the Paralegal Certificate Program.
Understand the essential elements which create binding and enforceable contracts and explore the law of contracts, enforceability of agreements, affirmative defenses relating to contracts including the Statute of Frauds, performance obligations under contracts, and breach of contract. Analyze contract scenarios, learn to identify contract issues, and learn drafting skills relating to contract documents using case studies.

Majid Safaie, J.D., is a member of California State Bar and practices law in the state of California. He works for an aerospace corporation as real estate project manager and has been working for various commercial and aerospace companies in various capacities for over 15 years. He has operated his own business rendering financial and real estate services for over 16 years. He has been teaching at University of Phoenix for the past nine years in the areas of Business and Employment law, Economics, US Constitution, Procurement, Ethics and other variety of courses in the MBA and Undergraduate programs.
