International Contracts-Management to Closeout (Section 1)

An elective course in the Management of Business Certificate Program.
Learn the basics of how to manage international contracts from executions through the close-out. Discuss the sampling process, financing, arranging the international transportation, marine insurance, letters of credit, and much more. Complete a portfolio of samples and processes. University of California, Irvine Extension is a State Bar of California approved MCLE provider (provider number 2560). Eligible participants will earn up to 30 hours of general MCLE credit. MCLE hours are based on the actual number of hours a student is logged in to the course, up to a maximum of 30 hours. In addition, students are required to participate in 1-hour synchronous discussions. A computer and a telephone is required. See enrollment confirmation or website for specific WebEx dates.

He has managed international commercial contracts, global logistics, global supply chain and global purchasing positions responsible for a wide array of products and services. Tran's experience encompasses international import & export contracts, joint venture charter, and agreements with the domestic and international commercial firms, international shipping lines, and foreign subsidiaries.
