Project management has been proven to be the most effective method of delivering products within cost, schedule, and resource constraints. Gain a working knowledge of the basics of project management that can be instantly applied to any project. This course will provide the skills to ensure your projects deliver on time and on budget. Learn to define and manage scope via the elicitation of requirements and the creation of a detailed work breakdown structure, create a defensible and realistic project schedule and budget, develop and manage the project team, identify and manage risks, and understand the project procurement processes. This course is approved for 24 PDUs from PMI.

Chris Fujinami, MBA, PMP, is a manager with the Project Management Office of Henkel Corporation, an electronic adhesives company. Chris currently manages large scale projects with responsibility to globally coordinate resources and activities across 8 major projects. Collectively, these projects have a duration of over 4 years, consume 500,000 hours of work, and pulls from a resource pool of over 500 people. For over 15 years, Chris has provided consulting services for technology and aerospace companies in project management and leadership development. His project experience has included strategy development, project portfolio management, and installing project management discipline throughout the organization. Chris received his MBA from New York University and BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
