MGMT X452.39  (2)

A required course in the Certificate Program in Project Management.

During execution of the plan, compare schedule and cost progress data to actual performance to date by applying earned value metrics (EVM). Prerequisite: Mgmt X442.28, Introduction to Project Management Principles and Practices. This course is approved for 19 PDUs from PMI.
