A required course in the Certificate Program in Human Resources Management. Increase your understanding of all phases of wages, salaries, bonuses and incentives as they relate to various industries, functions and levels of your organization. Learn how to set and reach realistic compensation goals and create realistic and comprehensive job descriptions and effective job evaluations while exploring the legal requirements of employee compensation. This course also gives you the latest facts about wage and salary surveying practices, the most advanced techniques for relating job performance to compensation and developing individual and group incentive programs as part of employee total compensation. A required course in the Certificate Program in Human Resources Management.

Stephen Keyzers, M.S., SPHR, MSHRM, is Vice President of Employer Services for HR Alternatives, Inc. He has more than 25 years of Human Resources experience and is an acknowledged expert in compensation program design and development, HR legal compliance, organization development and training, benefit plan design and administration, performance management, employee relations, staffing, health and safety, and risk management. Keyzers currently provides HR expertise to over 50 organizations in addition to his 20 plus years management experience with Fortune 200 companies. Over the past ten years, Keyzers has held various leadership positions with the Pacific Coast Manufacturers Association, Southern California Manufacturing Compensation Group, Orange County Employment Management Association, Orange Coast College's Machine Technology Program, and Central County Regional Occupation Programs.
