Understand such crucial topics as business planning and corporate objectives, economic and demographic trends, forecasting, determining housing demand by price range, qualitative market research, consumer segmentation, and geographic area selection. Learn what you need to know about preliminary financial feasibility, land residual, typical costs and percentages per product types, negotiation, and offer and escrow documentation.
