Participants examine the role of leadership and the competencies and skills required of individuals who initiate, manage, and are affected by change. Prerequisites: Mgmt X450.1 Foundations of Human Resources Management.

Alan A. Adamo, M.S. in Organizational Development, is vice president of Human Resources at Fluidmaster Inc.
