This class provides a hands-on deep dive into Agile development based on proven industry practices and real-world experience. Learn how to define Agile development and Lean project management practices targeted to eliminate waste and improve development efficiency. Gain hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and discuss pragmatic approaches to adopt them in your work projects. Gain detail knowledge on Scrum, user stories, iterative and test-driven development, estimating and planning agile projects, efficient stakeholder engagement, test-automation, continuous integration, and meaningful reflection. Ralf Brockhaus has 20 years of professional software development and project management experience in a wide range of technologies, including 6 years of intensive, hands-on Microsoft .NET development. Mr. Brockhaus is currently as Release Manager for the IBM Business Process Manager and Active Content Suite. He is deeply familiar with all aspects of developing real-world software applications - including performance, scalability, security, as well as integration and migration of legacy technology. Mr. Brockhaus teaches ASP.NET, C#, XML Web Services, SharePoint, as well as Mobile Computing and is an advocate for Agile and Lean development practices.
