Administrative Responsibilities

You are invited to enroll in one complimentary course offered by UC Irvine Extension for each quarter you teach.
Complimentary courses are offered on a space available basis only.
You may apply for your complimentary course after having taught one course.
Notify your program manager of the course you wish to take.
You may be asked to assume the costs associated with your enrollment for required course materials, lunches and other expenses not included in the course fee.
Contact the Student Services office directly to enroll. (Please identify yourself as an instructor eligible for a complimentary course.)

You are eligible for a courtesy UC Irvine library card at no charge.
This card entitles you to library services, as well as access to various UC Irvine databases.
Your library card will be valid for the duration of the quarter in which you are teaching.
To apply for a library card, complete the "Patron Card Application - UC Irvine Libraries" form, which is available from the UC Irvine Extension Student Services (Registration ) Office.
You must be currently employed when applying for the card and show UC Irvine Libraries Loan Desk staff proof of eligibility (either a copy of your employment contract or your employee ID number) at the time you apply.
