In-Class Course Evaluations
- Most short-format and one-day courses, accelerated certificate program courses, and ABA-approved Legal Programs’courses will be evaluated using an in-class course evaluatuion form.
- The in-class course evaluation form is a two-sided Scan-Tron form with questions customized for UCI Extension use.
- At a logical time near the end of the course, a UCI Extension Events and Facilities Management (EFM) employee will provide each student with an evaluation form and a pencil to complete the course evaluation
- Interim course evaluations are also used to assess how the learning objectives are being met mid-way through a course, thereby allowing modification as needed.
After the course is completed, the planning unit staff will send the compiled course evaluation results to the instructor.
