It is recommended that students apply at least four weeks before the program begins. This is strongly recommended for students requiring housing, as failure to apply early may result in your name being placed on a waiting list.frefund.

Refund Policy
Week 0:
 100% of refundable items minus $100 cancellation fee
Week 1:
 50% refund on refundable fees
Week 2:
 NO REFUNDS, week 2 and beyond
   

I-20 Processing

We will accept applications each quarter until the program is full. Please send this application well in advance of the program to ensure enough time for you to apply for the F-1 Visa at the U.S. Embassy or consulate in your country.
