SE 12 VICTORIANS AND JUDSON STUDIOS STAINED GLASS
An OLLI Fundraising Bus Trip
Heritage Square Museum contains Victorian houses saved from the wrecking ball 40 years ago by forward-thinking preservationists, who moved them from Bunker Hill to Highland Park. Of special interest is the famous 8-sided Longfellow-Hastings Octagonal house. A docent led tour will interpret the unique architecture, history and lifestyle specific to Southern California during the years 1859 - 1950.
After lunch, we will tour the nearby Judson Studios and Gallery of Contemporary & Traditional Art. Judson is a 5th generation family-owned stained glass studio.
Note: The working glass studio contains glass shards and sharp edges. Wear flat, closed-toe shoes. People with walking difficulties or balance issues should not consider this special event.

Bus will depart from the Lakeview Senior Center, 20 Lake Road (at Alton Parkway), Irvine - to left of the Center, by the white sheds. Arrive 15-30 minutes before bus departure and please bring a completed UCI Liability Waiver and Emergency Contact form. If you have not received blank forms by e-mail, they may be obtained from the OLLI office in advance of the trip.
Event Size: 20 minimum, 40 maximum
Cost: $75 (Includes lunch, bus, tip for driver, all admissions, docent led tour and OLLI contribution.)
Bus Trip Refunds: Refunds (less a $10.00 administrative fee) can be made only if cancellation is received at least 30 days before the trip and if the facilitator can fill your space.
