SUSIQ-Associate Membership

OLLI at UCI offers a special Associate Membership (known as SUSIQ) to lifelong learners living in the Laguna Beach area. The annual membership (September-June) fee of $20 offers Associate SUSIQ members the opportunity to enroll in courses offered through OLLI at the newly remodeled Laguna Beach Senior Center located at 380 3rd Street, Laguna Beach, CA.

Courses are offered to Associate Members for a fee of $10 each. Please visit our listing of Spring 2010 courses for SUSQ members.

To become a SUSIQ Associate Member please complete the Associate Membership Application and follow the instructions below. There are 4 easy ways to become an associate member and enroll.

Four Ways to Become an OLLI Member and Enroll in Courses

  Call (949) 824-5414 and press O to bypass the message and speak with a Student Affairs Specialist. Please have your credit card number ready.
• By Fax
  Fax your enrollment and membership forms to 949-824-2090.

  UCI Extension Student Services is open Monday-Friday, 9-5
  
• By Mail
  Mail the completed forms to Osher Lifelong Learning Institute – Membership, University of California, Irvine Extension, P.O. Box 6050, Irvine, CA 92616-6050.
