"Decision-Making: What Senior Managers Should Know" is the topic of a seminar presented by UC Irvine Extension Friday, Feb. 1, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in room 203 of the UCI Learning Center, 200 S. Manchester Ave., Orange.
