UCI Management Seminar

"Managing the Fuzzy Front End of the Project" will be the topic of a UCI Extension Management and Leadership seminar Thursday through Saturday, Feb 21-23, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in room 212, UCI Learning Center, 200 S. Manchester, Orange.

The course will address the most difficult and critical part of the project, getting it started correctly. Students will learn about how to define requirements, set expectations, create the project charter, identify project success criteria and create the appropriate documentation. The techniques will apply to hardware, software, embedded systems and bio-medical research and development projects. Cost: $625. Information: (949) 814-5414.
