IRVINE, Calif. – October 12, 2005 – The role of IT in healthcare is rapidly evolving from an administrative and financial focus to clinically focused systems. This issue and others will be addressed at a conference hosted by the Orange County Technology Action Network (OCTANe) and the OCTANe@UCI initiative.
