Yes, a permit is required at all times to park on campus. You can purchase your parking permit when you register for a course.

6. Where can I purchase parking if I enroll in a UCI ACCESS/concurrent course?
ACCESS UCI Students can go to the main campus parking office to purchase a parking permit. UCI ACCESS students pay the same rate as matriculated students. You can contact the UCI Parking Office at (949) 824-7486.

7. Are there any places on campus where I am not allowed to park?
Yes, your UC Irvine Extension permit is not valid in:
  • AR Preferred spaces marked “Enforced 24 Hours”
  • Resident only lots
  • Posted special events areas
  • Disabled, medical, service, or metered spaces

8. Do you provide any special parking accommodations for the disabled?
Yes, provisions may be made by contacting the UC Irvine Parking Office at (949) 824-7486 or the Office for Disability Services at (949) 824-7494.

9. My UC Irvine course is at the Learning Center in Orange. Do I need a permit to park at the Learning Center?
Yes, a permit is required at all times at the Learning Center. We can provide you a Learning Center at no charge. Learning Center permits are not valid on main campus.
